In 2018, I took on the task to update Michiko Rehearsal Studios website to fix two problems:
- For customers (mostly musicians): Simplify the booking flow for customers who book and pay on Michiko website
- For Michiko employees (12 booking specialists) Minimize the tasks of inputting the booking details, managing the calendars, for employees at Michiko so they can focus on customer service and cleaning the rehearsal rooms before next sessions.
- For studio manager and owner: Allow 100% content control on website and online booking system. Whatever update on booking system by them needs to be synced to the website, instead of them reaching out to me every once in a while just to update, for example, a room description
